We are a group of college students at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry who are going to be trying something new in our writing class. Environmental awareness is something we would like to spread, so we are going to be publishing weekly installations about the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. We will be posting pictures and writing about some of the problems that the Park faces today.

Element 2: Acid Rain in the Adirondacks

  Jeopardy: Adirondack Edition

Hey everyone! It's time for our second installment on the Adirondacks. For this element we have decided to talk about a big problem that the Adirondacks has faced for a long time. This issue is acid rain. You can find some useful information about the disastrous affects that acid rain has had on the lakes and forests of the Adirondacks on our Google Doc: Acid Rain in the Adirondacks

After you've read about the harmful affects of acid rain, feel free to play our new game this week, Jeopardy: Adirondack Edition!

If you read the Google Doc or play Jeopardy leave a comment with your name and where you're from.
